Design of an individual heating point (IHP)
Ankor-Teploenergo carries out design and production of modular IHPs (individual heating points) of factory readiness. It is possible to manufacture individual heating point of any complexity, for reconstructed and new administrative and residential buildings.
When designing an IHP, it is necessary to:
- take into account and compensate for hydraulic imbalances in the central heating system and uneven heating of risers;
- assess and compensate for contamination of central heating system pipework and heating appliances;
- select the optimum power reserve that allows the heating system to be brought from low heat consumption to standard operating mode as quickly as possible, at the lowest possible cost.
Anchor-Teploenergo Quality Assurance:
- Dozens of implemented IHP reconstruction projects have been successfully operated in public and residential buildings for more than 10 years.
- When designing an IHP, the individuality of the technical specification is taken into account and already proven technological schemes are used.
- Each type of heat exchanger is individually selected based on the calculations provided by the designer.
- The “Automation” section is a mandatory component of the project, which provides for the linking of all the elements that ensure the smooth operation of the IHP without constant monitoring by maintenance personnel.
- For visualisation and ease of installation, a 3D scale model is developed for each IHP project.

Stages of Conduct:
- The customer provides a questionnaire for the design of the modular heating point, specifying all necessary data and requirements for the level of automation, etc.
- On the basis of the questionnaire the calculation of the heat-exchange equipment and the development of the basic hydraulic scheme are carried out, and a preliminary specification of materials, fittings, instrumentation, control equipment, regulating equipment, pumps and other purchased products is issued. The specification is provided free of charge.
If the customer decides to purchase a heating point, a technical project is developed. In doing so, the customer provides the information required for this:
- plan of the room where the heating point will be installed
- location of inlet and outlet pipework
- layout of openings and passageways
If necessary, a representative of Anchor-Teploenergo visits the site and makes all necessary measurements and sketches.
The technical design of the IHP is carried out using CAD.
The technical design must be agreed with the customer.
The factory ready heating point is delivered to the customer partially disassembled and in most cases includes:
- A three-dimensional model of the heating point with the necessary views and cross-sections with reference to the specific room;
- Electrical circuits for power supply and automatic control and dispatching;
- Necessary calculations and descriptions for installation and operation.
