PRESSING PRODUCTION

Press equipment allows manufacturing of parts by cutting and cold stamping on crank and hydraulic presses with an extrusion force of up to 6000 tons on press.

RUBBER MECHANICAL GOODS PRODUCTION

Rubber mechanical goods equipment allows ensuring the entire process cycle of manufacturing of sealing elements (gaskets, inserts, round rings, etc.) from rolling and syringing of crude rubber compounds to vulcanization of finished products on the semi-automatic vulcanizing presses.

MECHANICAL PROCESSING

Machining equipment includes the whole range of screw-cutting machines with centre to centre distance of up to 3000 mm, turning-and-boring machines with a faceplate diameter of 1100 mm, universal-milling, double-housing milling machines, which allow machining of parts weighing up to 3000 kg. Besides, there is the possibility of machining parts and assembly units on a coordinate boring, surface grinding, radial drilling machines.

The structure of types and groups of metal-cutting equipment is characterized by a high degree of versatility, which provides sufficient flexibility and allows developing the new types of products annually without fundamental change in the composition of equipment. The machinery equipment regularly undergoes scheduled preventive repairs and checks for manufacturing accuracy. The equipment is being upgraded systematically.

WELDING AND ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION

Applicable welding methods:

  • resistance welding;
  • seam welding;
  • semi-automatic and mechanized welding in environment of protective gases by continuous and flux-cored wire, with welding filler “Fronius” (Austria);
  • orbital argon-arc welding with non-consumable electrode “Fronius” (Austria);
  • microplasma welding.

Welding stations are equipped with console cranes. Manufacturing of products is carried out according to standard manufacturing processes by certified welders.
Thicknesses of materials to be welded are from 0.4 mm to 100 mm. Weldable steels and alloys: low-carbon, low-alloy, high-alloy, stainless, as well as special alloys with a high content of nickel and molybdenum.

LIFTING EQUIPMENT

Equipment of enterprise with lifting equipment makes it possible to transport and load products weighing up to 25 tons.

PREPARING SURFACES FOR COATINGS

Preparation of the surfaces for coatings of products made of carbon and corrosion-resistant steels is carried out on a sandblasting unit and in a shot blasting chamber on the basis of a shot blaster “Mammut” (Germany) with a shot collection and regeneration system.

PAINTING AND PRESERVATION

Products are covered with various paint coatings according to the customer requirements.
Preservation of the products is carried out using protective preservative lubricants, silica gels. Fasteners are galvanized.

LABORATORY

To control the quality of materials used in the manufacture at the Ankor-Teploenergo enterprise, there is a laboratory that provides:
• providing recommendations on structural materials for equipment operating in corrosive mediums;
• determination of causes of equipment destruction in the chemical, petrochemical, food and other industries;
• assessment of corrosion state of existing industrial equipment (visual inspection, non-destructive metallographic method for controlling the metal state);
• performance of electrochemical studies, laboratory and industrial tests aimed for studying the causes of corrosion;
• systematization and analysis of corrosion resistance of structural materials depending on the processability of mediums;
• development of measures to deal with corrosion damage;
• performance of metallographic studies to evaluate the welded joints;
• performance of incoming metal control for compliance with standards and quality certificates;
• studies of the macro- and microstructure of steels and alloys, including high-alloy nickel-based alloys and their welded joints;
• performance of tests of corrosion-resistant steels and alloys and their welded joints for resistance to intergranular corrosion and corrosion cracking.

The production department of Ankor-Teploenergo has a full-fledged quality department, where employees carry out all types of incoming control of materials and control of manufactured equipment.
Quality Control Department actively interacts with the laboratory on the verification of purchased materials for compliance with incoming quality certificates. If the smallest discrepancies are detected, the employees of the department take a number of measures to replace inappropriate components and re-control the quality at all stages of manufacture.
QCD employees undergo continuous specialized training and improve their knowledge in the refresher training courses, as well as in communicating with customers during equipment acceptance/delivery.

COMPANY HISTORY

1991

Manufacturing enterprise Ankor-Teploenergo was created in 1991 by employees of the Kharkiv UkrNIIhimmash headed by O.I. Gurov. The main activity of UKRNIIHIMMASH during 1960-1992 was the design and implementation of heat exchangers in the manufacturing facilities of various industries throughout the USSR. The main purpose of incorporation of Ankor-Teploenergo at that time was the transition from a planned structure to a market structure. Possessing a number of scientific patents and technical solutions, almost the entire team of the heat exchange equipment development department of research institute continued its work within the walls of Ankor-Teploenergo LLC. The main areas of work of the company were the design, manufacture and further sale of heat transfer plates, plate heat exchangers, block individual heating plants and related equipment.

1991 - 2000

From 1991 to 2000 was the period of formation of the company. During this period, the specialists of Ankor-Teploenergo LLC took a quantum leap in their professional activities.
General provisions:
– Introduction of plate heat exchangers of welded type;
– Introduction of plate heat exchangers of semi-welded type;
– Development and implementation of a number of plates and gasketed plate heat exchangers based on them;
– Development of a number of individual heating plants manufactured on the basis of plate heat exchangers of own manufacture.

2003

The own design of extraction-distillation plant Alembic was developed

2004

Ankor-Teploenergo LLC changes its form of ownership and becomes the Ankor-Teploenergo Private Research and Production Company.
Specialists of Ankor-Teploenergo designed and put into production a number of new heat transfer plates for gasketed plate heat exchangers. These plates were created taking into account all the features of domestic industry. The original shape of the corrugations allows both at a higher level to maintain heat transfer capacity with increasing impurities, and to reduce the rate of pollution growth on the surface of heat transfer plates.

2008

“Ankor-Teploenergo” Private Research and Production Company opens its second representative office in Donetsk, Ukraine

2010

It was characterized by the development of a plate heat exchanger with removable shell and welded pack of plates. The heat exchanger combines the advantages of welded (non-gasketed) and gasketed plate heat exchangers.

2013-2014

Modernization of manufacturing facilities that allowed solving tasks quickly and efficiently.
We constantly develop and market new heat transfer plates and equipment based on them, which makes it possible to solve standard and non-standard tasks in areas where efficient heat transfer is the most important condition of the manufacturing process.

2022

Due to Russia’s full-scale military aggression on 24.02.2022 and Belarus’ support of it, we no longer work with clients from these countries.
