Payment Options
All payments for equipment are made via bank transfer by transferring funds to the settlement
account of CHNPF ("Ankor Teploenergo") using IBAN details in accordance with the issued proforma
invoice. All product prices listed include VAT; there are no hidden fees or additional payments.
- Bank transfer / Non-cash payment: Payment via IBAN or proforma invoice. The sales manager will send the invoice and payment
details after order confirmation.
- Payment under contract / in installments: For regular customers with a signed supply contract or custom-made equipment orders (subject
to prepayment, post-payment, or deferred payment terms).
Shipping Methods
We deliver industrial machinery and heat exchangers nationwide in Ukraine via trusted carriers:
- Nova Poshta — calculated based on carrier
tariffs (to warehouse or door-to-door).
- Delivery — calculated based on carrier tariffs.
- SAT — calculated based on carrier tariffs.
- Self-pickup — free of charge from our
manufacturing facility in Kharkiv.
Dispatch and Shipping Timelines
Serial equipment will be dispatched within 3 to 7 business days following
confirmation of payment. Custom order timelines are estimated on an individual basis.
Legal Information
Official settlements are made to the settlement account of CHNPF "Ankor-Teploenergo" using the
IBAN details specified in the official proforma invoice.
