Warranty Policy
All industrial heat exchange equipment manufactured under the "Ankort" brand
comes
with a manufacturer warranty of 12 months from the date of commissioning, but
not
exceeding 18 months from the date of dispatch.
The warranty covers defects in materials or manufacture. Warranty services are void if the
customer
fails to comply with operation/installation instructions, or performs unauthorized service
modifications.
Returns and Exchanges
According to Ukrainian Consumer Rights Protection Law, products can be returned or exchanged
within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The equipment has not been installed, connected, or used and
bears no signs of wear, physical damage, or scratches.
- The original packaging, factory seals, user manuals, and
components are fully intact.
- A sales receipt or bank payment statement along with the
completed warranty booklet is provided.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned goods are checked and inspected at our warehouse
facility.
The refund is completed within 7 business days to the buyer's bank account.
Return
shipping costs for goods of proper quality are fully covered by the buyer.
